Terms of Service

Everything you need to know about how WorkStation protects your data and keeps your meetings running.

Who runs WorkStation

WorkStation is built and operated by EldoNova+ Technologies. The core of the service is self-hosted: the database, sign-in, real-time messaging, video servers and speech-to-text run on servers we operate ourselves. Files and recordings are stored with Cloudflare R2, and every other provider is named in the privacy policy below.

The only addresses we use

  • wsmeetchat.com — this site, and the app for chat and meetings
  • meet.wsmeetchat.com — older meeting links, which forward to wsmeetchat.com
  • contact@wsmeetchat.com — how you reach us

If you are asked to sign in to WorkStation on any other address, it is not us — close the page and tell us at contact@wsmeetchat.com. We will never email you asking for your password, and nobody here will ever ask you to read one out.

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 22, 2026

By using WorkStation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

  • Acceptable use: WorkStation may not be used for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
  • Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed monthly, per person in your workspace. There is no annual plan today. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your Subscription page; cancelling keeps you running to the end of the month you have already paid for.
  • Service levels: There is no uptime SLA and we do not publish an uptime figure, because nothing here measures one. If your organisation needs a service level in writing, that is an Enterprise conversation rather than a term of this page.
  • Liability: WorkStation is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. EldoNova+ Technologies' aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
  • AI assistant: Any participant may switch on an AI assistant that transcribes the meeting to produce their own private talking points and notes. Those notes are visible only to the participant who ran it, are kept for 90 days, and are never available in Healthcare (end-to-end encrypted) meetings.
