Recording, three ways

Record to the cloud and get one composed video of the whole meeting. Record locally and the file is captured in the recorder's own browser and saved to their machine, costing the server nothing. Or record each participant separately, so editing afterwards means cutting between real individual tracks instead of a fixed grid.

Live captions, transcribed on our own hardware

Captions are produced by speech recognition running on our own servers, subscribing to each participant's audio separately — so the transcript says who said what, rather than guessing at speaker changes from a single mixed stream. Audio never leaves our infrastructure to reach a third-party transcription service.

An assistant that reads the meeting, not your calendar

Ask for a summary, the decisions taken or the action items, and get an answer drawn from what was actually said. Every extracted item carries a verbatim quote from the transcript, and anything the transcript does not support is dropped before it reaches you — an assistant that cannot show you the line it came from is not summarising, it is inventing.

Common questions

How many people can join a meeting?

Meeting size depends on your plan; the limits for each are shown on the pricing page. Every plan supports guests joining from a browser without an account.

Do guests need an account?

No. A guest opens the link, types a name and joins. Accounts are for people who need a workspace of their own — chats, boards and their own meeting history.

Where are recordings stored?

In private storage we operate, reachable only through time-limited links. Local recordings never reach us at all: they are captured in the recorder's browser and saved to their own machine.

Which languages do live captions support?

Live captions are currently English. Meeting content can be translated separately by the AI assistant, and additional caption languages are on the roadmap rather than shipped.

Can I stream a meeting to YouTube or another platform?

Yes. A meeting can be broadcast to YouTube, Twitch, LinkedIn, Facebook or any RTMP endpoint, and everybody in the room sees an on-air indicator for as long as it is live. Healthcare mode refuses broadcasting.
