The same workspace, described for the teams that run on it — and for the two clinical workflows it was designed around.
Secure messaging, telehealth video and the clinic queue in one platform — encrypted, audited, and built around the way care teams actually work.

Reception scans the patient in and the board issues a token — the card's title is that token, never a name, so the waiting-room screen can show the queue without showing anybody. The patient watches their own place on their phone. Staff see the details on the card; the wall display is sent a version of the data with no field a name could occupy.
How the queue worksThe clinician sends a link; the patient opens it in whatever browser they already have, types a name and joins. No account, no download. Set the meeting to Healthcare mode and it is end-to-end encrypted and keeps nothing — no recording, no transcript, no summary — because the key is generated in the browser and never reaches us.
How a visit runsThe conversation continues in a channel scoped to the team that needs it, with the follow-ups as cards on that team's own board. A Space is the access boundary for its board, so a private board's work stays with the people on it — and adding somebody to a Space hands them the cards without handing them the channels.
How care teams use itIf you need a certified compliance package to hand an auditor today, we are not that yet, and Security says exactly which certifications we do not hold. If you need the product to read and write records in the clinical or sales systems you already run, it cannot — there are no third-party integrations at all, and connected-app management is not built. And if you want a tool that scores how your staff came across in a meeting, that is a category we have decided against building rather than one we have not reached.
