The WorkStation suite

Webinars you can broadcast anywhere

Team chat, video meetings and webinars — one account, one bill, one audit log.

WorkStation Webinar

  • Broadcast to any RTMP endpoint
  • Several destinations from one encode
  • Moderated, upvoted Q&A, polls and raised hands
  • Recording alongside the stream, in the same encode
  • Everyone in the room is told it is live
  • Shared account, billing and audit log

WorkStation Webinar

Run an event for an audience that registered to watch it: a sign-up page, a join link and reminder per person, Q&A and polls during the session, and an optional RTMP broadcast to a public platform. Webinars are on the paid plans — a workspace without one is refused at the endpoint that creates them, not at the button.

Registration with a link per person

A public sign-up page issues each registrant their own join link. One registration per address, rate-limited per webinar and per IP.

Broadcast over RTMP

Stream to YouTube, Twitch, LinkedIn, Facebook or any RTMP endpoint. Stream keys are sealed with AES-256-GCM and never returned by any endpoint.

Attendees, not participants

Registrants join as attendees — a separate role from the people presenting, so an audience cannot be mistaken for the panel.

Moderated Q&A

Attendees ask and upvote instead of repeating each other; hosts mark questions answered or dismiss them. An anonymous question is anonymous to the host too.

Reminders and changes by email

Registrants get an add-to-calendar file, a reminder within the hour, and an email if the webinar is cancelled or moved. Early arrivals wait until a presenter opens the room.

Server-authoritative polls

Open or anonymous, one vote per person, counted on the server and final once closed. The client cannot vote twice by asking twice.

Recording to private storage

A 1080p30 composite recorded by the same encode that drives the broadcast, so streaming an event you are recording costs one encode rather than two.

Captions and quote-backed notes

Live captions from speech-to-text that runs on our own servers. Summaries and action items each carry the sentence they came from, or they are dropped.

Not available in Healthcare mode. Healthcare meetings are end-to-end encrypted and persist nothing, and broadcasting means decrypting on the server — which is the one thing that mode promises not to do. It is refused rather than quietly downgraded.
