Virtual care
Telehealth video visits your patients can actually join
A link, a browser, and they are in the room. No app to install, no account to create, no password to reset while you wait.

The most common reason a virtual visit fails is not video quality — it is a patient stuck at a sign-up form ten minutes before the appointment. Here they open the link you sent, type their name, and join. It works in the browser their phone already has, on iOS and Android alike, with nothing to download and nothing to remember.
- Join from Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Edge with no install
- Guests join by name — no account, no password, no verification email
- One link works on a phone, a tablet or a desktop
- A dial-free flow for patients who are not confident with technology
A waiting room you control
Patients arriving early should not walk into the previous consultation. Everyone who joins waits in a lobby until you admit them, so you decide who is in the room and when — and if somebody should not return, a per-meeting ban keeps them out rather than relying on them not clicking the link again.
- Knock-and-admit lobby, so nobody enters unannounced
- Admit one patient at a time, in the order that suits the clinic
- Remove or ban a participant for the rest of the meeting
- Lock the meeting once everyone expected has arrived
Everything a visit needs on screen
A consultation is more than two faces. Share your screen to walk a patient through a result, type in the chat when a family member cannot hear clearly, and turn on live captions for anyone who needs to read along — captions that work on an iPhone, which browser-based speech recognition never did.
- Screen sharing for results, images and instructions
- In-call chat for links, spellings and details worth writing down
- Live captions with per-speaker attribution
- Raised hands and reactions for a patient who cannot unmute
Encrypted, and not recorded unless you say so
Run the visit in Healthcare mode and it is end-to-end encrypted and leaves nothing behind — no recording, no transcript, no summary, with the key generated in the patient's browser and never sent to us. In any other mode, if a recording starts, everybody in the room is told immediately by the server itself, so a recording cannot be covert.
- Healthcare mode: end-to-end encrypted, persists nothing
- Recording refused outright in that mode, not merely discouraged
- Elsewhere, a recording notice everyone sees, driven by the server
- Encrypted in transit on every call, in every mode
Common questions
- What do patients need to install?
- Nothing. They open the link in whatever browser is already on their phone or computer and type their name. There is no app, no account and no password.
- Can a patient join from an iPhone?
- Yes — Safari on iOS is supported, including live captions, which are transcribed on our servers rather than by the browser. Patients can also add the app to their home screen if they prefer.
- Is the visit recorded?
- Only if you start a recording. In Healthcare mode recording is refused entirely. In other modes, starting one puts a visible notice in front of everybody in the room — and obtaining consent where your jurisdiction requires it remains the host's responsibility.
- What if a patient's connection is poor?
- Video quality adapts to the connection, and a patient can turn their camera off and continue with audio. Live captions help when audio is breaking up, and the in-call chat is there when speech is not working at all.
- Can I run a group session?
- Yes. Group visits, family conferences and case discussions all work the same way, with the lobby letting you admit people in the order you want them.
